Janice M. Hawbaker is a founding partner of the firm.  She received her J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law and also has a bachelor of arts in English from Roanoke College  She was admitted to the practice of law in 1984 and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.  She practices in the area of family law and general practice.  Mrs. Hawbaker has practiced in Franklin County for over 25 years.  She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and of the Franklin County Bar Association.  She served as the Franklin County Bar Association president in 2008.  She is currently a Franklin County Zone 3 representative to the Pennsylvania House of Delegates.  She is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  Locally she is a member of a was formerly the chair of the Custody Sub-Committee of the Family Law Committee.

Abigail J.W. Salawage joined the firm in September 2005 and became partner in 2013.  She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in May 2005.  She also has a bachelor of arts in political science and history from Wilson College.  She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and practices in the areas of family law, juvenile law and general practice.  While in law school, she worked at the Family Law Clinic and interned with Franklin County Legal Services.  She is a member of the Franklin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  She is active in the Young Lawyers division of the Franklin County Bar Association where she has acted as chair, and has been chair of the Law Day committee.  Locally she is also a member of the Adoption Committee and Support Sub-Committee of the Family Law Committee.
